Why

~Bill Walker ~

I was thinking about what a man said, what seems like so long ago. A man who had hopes, and dreams. A man who never really got a chance to see those hopes and dreams play out. Maybe that was not to be. He was killed on a street in a big city. The nation cried.

The man was none other then John F. Kennedy. I remember something he said. I don't remember just how he said it. But it went something like this. "I see things that are, and I wonder why. I see things that never were and I wonder why not." I don't know if I got it right, but it went something like that.

Today some lady sent me something on the Internet. At one place was a flying horse. I don't know if there ever was a flying horse. But I wonder why not. May have been one back in old early times. Man may have killed it off. Man kind has killed off a large number of things God made.

Now I believe every thing had a reason for being here. I now know what my reason for being here is, I still haven't figured out what your reason is. So would that give me the right to get rid of you? Don't think so. Well, that is what man kind has done to so many of the creatures that God in the beginning made.

Now I hear some saying they not so sure there is a God, nor he made any thing. We and the creatures just happened. OK I have a question. If we came from a monkey, what happened? Their still is a monkey. Did some get left behind in the change over? And on the other hand maybe we came first, and monkey later. Could it not be we have got left behind?

We see in some places where they killed off the birds, as they ate up so much grain. Now those places are over ran with weed crops. Someone forgot the fact that birds also eat weed seeds. Same about killing off cats and dogs. The cat had it's reason. The dog too.

In the beginning their was a balance of things. Each had a reason and when man kind got rid of one, something over grew its place. It is kind of like a scale. It must have a counter balance, if it does not it is not a scale.

Now for you people that believe their is no God. I ask this. Do you not see a master's hand in all the beauty of this world? I look and see the wonder of a snow flake. No two just alike. The spring rain, the grass greening up, the trees budding out. The good old summer time. The beauty of the fall season. And again the snow. the four seasons. Tell me it is just an accident. Come to think about it maybe you are just a monkey if you don't believe there is a master of all this beauty we wake up to see each and ever morning
