Another Place, Another Time

~Dee Ann Horvath ~ Since the beginning of time kids and their parents seem to always be at opposite ends of life's spectrum. In some ways it is true. Parents sometimes forget what it was like be a child and then again sometimes they remember way too much. On the other hand by the time kids reach jr. high or middle school they all of a sudden think their parents are dumb. They forget that Mom and Dad did a pretty good job of guiding them so far. "Another Place, Another Time" is a series for all ages and stages of life. Each installment will deal with all the trial and tribulations, laughs and tears that parents and their children have to face together in the new millennium. Having 3 children myself at ages; 7, 15, & 20, I assure you that I have had to deal with all stages of development. The best part is I have had to do it all at one time. I will share with you the ups & downs and what I have had to relearn to grow as a parent and cope with it all. I will also share with you my children's perspectives and how they feel as we travel this road together. So stop in and let's laugh and cry together for we are all share a seat on this rollercoaster ride.
